Living a clean lifestyle? What does this really mean?

While it is a very popular phrase to say that I want to live a clean lifestyle it is important to individually specify what it will mean to you. This means how can you organize your daily habits in a way that supports your physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being? I find that the easiest way to do this is to not overwhelm but to work on individual goals one at a time. We have 5 main lifestyle changes to look at and while they each have multiple areas of change, those changes often overlap. The most amazing thing about our bodies is that we are highly integrated. A holistic view of the body is to understand that every piece and part works together in harmony to bring you to a balanced homeostasis.
